1. Return Window
We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unworn or unused.

It must have all original tags attached.

It must be in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Form or email us at support@neatkitch.com.

Approval: Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email, along with specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from unapproved returns.
4. Return Shipping Fees

Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, no return shipping fee will be charged.

Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind): We also accept returns for non-defective products. In accordance with our customer satisfaction guarantee, we provide the return label at no cost to the customer ($0.00).
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Bank Processing: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Kindly note that your payment provider determines when your refund will be credited to your payment account.
